Au cours du mois de Novembre 2009, Mme Myriam LAKHDAR-BOUNAMCHA était invitée par le Centre Islamique
de la Réunionà l'occasion du 1er Rendez-Vous des Jeunes pour filles. Elle est intervenue sur le thème retenu pour ce 1er RDJ : "Fière d’être musulmane"
Son séjour sur l'île étant d'une petite semaine, elle a animé une série de séminaires de formations dans différentes villes auprès d'un public féminin très enthousiaste et des responsables d'associations d'éducation et sociales, sur le thème du conseil conjugal et du
développement personnel (PNL).
L'occasion était donnée de découvrir les publications de Mme Myriam LAKHDAR-BOUNAMCHA, disponibles aux éditions "hedilina".
«Il était une fois, un homme, une femme», loi 1901, est une association
qui s’est fixée pour but d’organiser des évènements (ateliers de
formation, dîners conférences, week-end, séminaires... ) autour de la
notion du bonheur conjugal, et d’amener les personnes intéressées, à

Partir au Pèlerinage, oui, mais pourquoi? Pour recevoir le titre honorifique de

Le
terme arabe sukuk signifie littéralement "titres" ou "certificats".
Dans le droit musulman, les sukuk sont des titres d'investissement
collectifs qui atteste que, au terme de la période de souscription,
leur porteur est propriétaire d'une part :
- dans la propriété d’un bien (ou d'un ensemble de biens) identifié(s)
- dans la jouissance d'un bien (ou d'un ensemble de biens) identifié(s)
- ou plus largement dans un projet d'investissement sharia compatible.
Le porteur de sukuk bénéficie ainsi des avantages découlant de cette
propriété : il a droit à une part des revenus qui est généré par
l'actif qui sert de sous jacent à l'opération. Mais, en même temps, en
tant que propriétaire, il doit également supporter les risques
inhérents à la vie de l’actif (risque de propriété, de l’usage, de liquidité, de marché, etc) :
ce qui implique notamment que, en cas de mauvaise performance
économique de celui-ci, il en subit les conséquences. C'est là
d'ailleurs une des différences fondamentales entre les sukuk et les
obligations : le paiement du coupon et le remboursement de
l'investissement est garanti contractuellement à l'investisseur, et ce,
quelque soit la performance de l'actif/du projet lié à l'émission
obligataire.

Au programme cette semaine : L'islam et la tolérance (suite), la révélation du Qour'aan (suite), le hadith à propos de la douceur et l'invocation à travers laquelle la belle fin est recherchée.

voix de l'islam pour connaître, apprendre, comprendre l'Islam... simplement...
